Any disputes regarding the quality, delivery and claim of insurance, charges taken, expiration, or other terms must be handled directly between User (or the claimant or customer of Insurance) and Insurance company. Any disputes regarding the quality, delivery and Payment of Loan amount, recovery and bad debts, expiration, or other terms must be handled directly between User (or the recipient of loan amount) and Banker and financial institution.
BBPS OR Bharat Connect and Other Utility Payment: Indezon Business Solutions Pvt Ltd facilitator is authorized Bill Payment Agent approved by NCPI and Axis Bank for Providing Online Bill Payment services to its agents through its verified channel. Indezon is neither a bank but only reseller and Indezon does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the services provided by the service provider(s), Bill Payment of Various Services like Utility /Broadband/Insurance /Water and Gas. Any disputes regarding the quality, delivery and claim of insurance, charges taken, expiration, or other terms must be handled directly between User (or the claimant or customer of Insurance) and Insurance company. Any disputes regarding the quality, delivery and Payment of Loan amount, recovery and bad debts, expiration, or other terms must be handled directly between User (or the recipient of loan amount) and Banker and financial institution.
Bus / Air / Rail Ticketing Services:
A)
Indezon does not operate transportation services
of its own. It is the sole discretion of the User to select any
operator or mode as per User's convenience.
B) Indezon
is merely responsible for providing this platform for issuing
tickets, cancellations, support for refunds against
cancellations, and other available information. Besides these
responsibilities, Indezon shall not be
responsible for any issue arising out of User's travel including,
but not limited to, time schedule, services offered, luggage
safety, etc. Any cancellation or refund shall be carried out as
per the terms and policies of the service provider.
C)
Users / Passengers are required to abide by all the terms and
conditions for availing the services, including carrying a valid
ticket, identity proof, and not carrying any combustible or
dangerous article, weapon, etc.
D) Any facility,
service, or amenity shown as a part of the deal or transaction
will be provided by the service provider only. Indezon
shall not be responsible for any such offer or deal. Users shall
be free to inquire about the offer and make an informed decision.
E) Bill payment / Insurance premium payment, etc., for availing
or using the said services of payment of any bill, premium, etc.,
must be completed with full and correct information. Users
undertake to provide complete, correct, and all requisite
information for making such payments. Failure to do so will
entitle Indezon to reject the transaction and
suspend or terminate the User's account for any future operation.
This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to,
incorrect details or potential misuse.
1. Insufficiency of funds in User’s account.
2. Information provided by the User is incomplete, incorrect.
3. Any discrepancy or rejection by the service provider (to whom the payment is to be made for services).
4. Any reason not exclusively or beyond the control of Indezon.
5. Rejection by the bank or financial institution for any reason as per their procedure / process. Indezon shall intimate to the User about the failed payment.
Mini ATM: Indezon provides handheld devices such as Mini ATM and Micro ATM machines from various manufacturers as a reseller. We integrate APIs from banks to facilitate debit and credit card transactions for our B2C customers. These APIs are sourced either directly from banks or through third-party fintech service providers. Indezon does not own the trademarks or copyrights of any device manufacturers and does not manufacture these devices. We act solely as a reseller of Mini ATM and POS machines and do not provide any warranty or guarantee for the services offered by the respective service providers. Users understand that the use of such devices and associated services is done without recourse to Indezon for any breach of contract by the manufacturer or service provider. Any disputes regarding the quality, delivery, manufacturing defects, or software integration (including updates) must be resolved directly between the user (or the recipient of the devices) and the respective service provider.
Aadhar Enabled Payment Services and Fund
Transfer and Settlement:
1) Indezon shall not be responsible in
any manner whatsoever for any delay in settlement of money
remittance and Aadhar-enabled payment services (AEPS) cash
withdrawal due to issues attributable to the bank, NPCI, RBI, or
any statutory/governmental authority.
2) The user agrees to be bound by all terms and
conditions applicable to Indezon under its
agreement with the bank for domestic money remittance services
and AEPS-based cash withdrawals.
3) Vendor Payments: Agents are
authorized to process payments only for their known merchants and
business partners and must collect KYC and invoices as per the
agreement with Indezon before making any
payments. KYC and invoice documentation must be submitted upon
request for audit and tax compliance.
4) Indezon relies on the self-attested
KYC documents provided by the user as true and authentic. Users
must ensure that funds used to load wallets with Indezon
are not derived from criminal activities. Biometric data (e.g.,
fingerprints) used for authentication must not be stored.
User's Obligations:
A)
General Obligations: Users shall access the platform only for
lawful purposes and are responsible for complying with all
applicable laws and regulations. Users must not copy, modify,
distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish,
license, or sell any information or services obtained from this
website. Creating hypertext links or framing the site is
prohibited.
B) Information Provided: Information
submitted by users must be accurate and complete. Indezon
reserves the right to disclose user data when required by law,
regulation, or governmental request.
C) Use of Services: Users may use
services only for legitimate transactions. Fraudulent or

D) User Responsibility: Users must be
at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into

E) Avoid Double Bookings: If a
transaction fails due to technical reasons, users must verify
account status before retrying. Indezon is not
liable for any losses arising from such failed attempts.
F) AEPS Cash Withdrawal: Agents must
disburse cash only after biometric authentication is successful
and must issue a printed receipt upon successful transaction.
Failed transactions must be reported to the customer and to Indezon's
support center. Multiple or duplicate transactions should be
avoided.
G) Disclaimer: The website may contain
technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Indezon
reserves the right to correct or improve any content at any time.
H) No Warranty: Indezon
does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of this
website. While efforts are made to ensure user satisfaction, the

- Payment Gateway-Can load wallet via PG and get Balance.
Fund Transfer / Cash Deposit Terms and
Conditions:
1) No Third-Party Payments: No
third-party payment or cash deposit in outstation locations is
allowed for wallet loading unless explicitly permitted by the
third party and supported with KYC documentation submitted to the
company. Indezon reserves the right to withhold such payments,
reverse them to the original source, and block the user's access
to further services. Agents may only deposit cash within their
city and within a 10 km radius of their shop location.
2) PG Payments: Users must use the
Payment Gateway (PG) solely for bill payments, recharges, and
ticketing services. It must not be used for transferring funds to
bank accounts. Users must collect and verify KYC documentation
before transactions and retain records for a minimum of 365 days
for compliance, dispute resolution, chargeback cases, or cyber
fraud incidents. Use of another person's card for transactions on
their behalf is strictly prohibited.
Force Majeure: Indezon shall not be
liable for any delays or inability to perform its obligations, in
whole or in part, due to events beyond its control, including but
not limited to acts of God, fire, strikes, embargoes, government
actions, acts of NPCI/RBI/statutory authorities, terrorism, or
similar events.
Data Safety: Users acknowledge that
using Indezon's services or downloading
materials from its website is done at their own risk.Indezon
is not liable for any damage to users' systems or data loss.
While Indezon endeavors to maintain virus-free and secure
content, it does not guarantee it.
Relationship: Nothing stated in the
website, terms, or agreements shall constitute or be construed as
a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the
user and Indezon. No party shall have the
authority to bind the other.
Jurisdiction: Indezon expressly
disclaims any implied warranties imposed by the laws of any
jurisdiction other than where it operates. Indezon
submits exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in
Delhi.
Limitation of Liability: Under no
circumstances shall Indezon Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (IBSPL),
its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, or affiliates
be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages, including loss of revenue or profits. Indezon's maximum
liability, regardless of cause or form of action, shall not
exceed the value of the transaction or RS 500 (Rupees Five
Hundred only), whichever is lower.
Compensation and Indemnification:
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Indezon
and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from all
claims, liabilities, expenses (including legal fees), penalties,
and damages arising from:
- Violation of these terms and conditions by the user.
- Breach of applicable laws relating to the use of this website.
- Fraud, negligence, or misrepresentation by the user.
- Penalties or charges imposed on Indezon by any regulatory body due to user actions or omissions.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of the use of this website or Indezon’s services shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration. A sole arbitrator, appointed by Indezon, shall conduct proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Other Terms
1.No Third Party Payment is allowed to use to load wallet unless Permitted by thirty party to agent and KYC submitted to company .Company will withhold any third party payment and reverse to its original source and block user for further use.
2.PG Payment: User shall use PG for Wallet top up and Use Exclusively for Bill Payment and Recharge Facility and Ticketing services and no use to transfer to his Bank account.
User Should collect and Verify KYC of User/Customer before any transaction is done and keep in records for minimum 365 Days for any dispute and chargeback case and any other cyber fraud case if any. Any Person using other person card should not be allowed to use our PG for any other person Behalf.
Force majeureIndezon shall not be liable for delays or inabilities in performance or non-performance in whole or in part of its obligations due to any causes that are not due to its acts or omissions or are beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, fire, strikes, embargo, acts of government / any governmental or statutory authority including NPCI / RBI, acts of terrorism or other similar causes.
Safety of data downloaded The User understands and agrees that availing any of the services through this website or any material and / or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Indezon services is done entirely at his / her own discretion and risk and User will be solely responsible for any damage to his / her computer systems or loss of data that results from the downloading of any material and / or data or availing any of the Indezon services available on this

REFUND POLICY

Therefore, in order to use the Indezon service on the portal, the user must force KYC verification to succeed. The KYC standard complies with bank guidelines.
Refund Terms and Timelines
After creating a user ID and logging in, when utilizing various services on the Indezon user portal, if a transaction fails directly due to Indezon's technical failure or software issue and the payment is deducted, an automatic refund shall be initiated to the user's bank account or original payment source within 3 to 5 working days from the transaction date.
A confirmation email of the refund will be sent to the user's registered email address within the same 3 to 5 working days.
Please note: Only the actual transaction amount will be refunded. Payment gateway fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
In case the transaction fails due to reasons not attributable to Indezon (e.g., service provider or aggregator issues) and confirmation of such failure is received by Indezon, the user will be notified via email or SMS within 3 to 5 working days. Once the failure is confirmed, the refund of the deducted amount will be processed within 3 to 5 working days to the user's bank account or original payment source.
Service Wise Refund Policy Clarification:
Prepaid Mobile and DTH Recharges : Any recharge done by agent on behalf of Customer on the Number provided by Customer if it is Successful will not be refunded. Any Failed Transaction captured by Agent on Response shall be refunded if requested by agent.
BBPS and Utility Bill Payment :
Any Bill Payment and Utility Payment if Success shall not be refunded by Agent. Customer are requested to check Bill Number and Amount and Biller Name before Transaction. Once Customer authorize the Bill Payment it will not be refunded If a bill Payment is successful. Any Pending Response from Service Provider shall be treated as successful unless failed by service provider.
For Failed Bill Payment -Agent will reverse full charges except gateway charges if any and not refunded to agent.
Fast Tag Recharges:
Any Fast Tag recharge done by agent on behalf of Customer on the Vehicle Number /Fast Tag QR or Chassis Number provided by Customer if it is Successful will not be refunded. Any Failed Transaction captured by Agent on Response shall be refunded if requested by agent.
However, if user has received a successful completion confirmation, but has not accepted the service. The user must file a complaint by sending an email to a customer service email ID or customer service contact not listed on this website. After receiving a user complaint, we will make an inquiry and start a refund based on the inquiry. In all cases, INDEZON’s liability is limited to providing users with a valid refund within the scope of the corresponding payment received by INDEZON for a specific transaction. INDEZON is not responsible for any other claims or liabilities arising from the failure of our system services.
You agree that this refund policy shall comply with all the terms and conditions stipulated in the user/business/retailer/distributor/channel partner agreement between you and Indezon Business Solutions pvt Ltd.
