Refund Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please follow the company's standard policy. If the user chooses to use or use the service offer/plan announced by Indezon, and the user agrees to purchase the offer/plan by paying the offer/plan to Indezon, the user will do so. Under no circumstances will Indezon refund the payment. Please note that the purchase of the Indezon plan is an irreversible process in accordance with applicable laws.

 

After receiving the payment for the above plan from the user, Indezon will only create a user ID on the system after successfully performing KYC verification on the user. When you publish this information, your username and password will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID. If the user cannot successfully run KYC, Indezon will not be able to create a user ID for the user. Therefore, in order to use the Indezon service on the portal, the user must force KYC verification to succeed. The KYC standard complies with bank guidelines.

After creating a user ID and logging in by the user, when using various services on the Indezon user portal, the transaction that fails directly due to Indezon and INDEZON for some reason will receive corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway. Automatic refund will be made to the user's bank account. The confirmation email will be sent to the email ID of the user registered in the Indezon user portal within 3 to 15 working days after the transaction date. We are happy to inform you that only the actual transaction amount will be refunded, excluding payment gateway fees and all applicable taxes.

Service Wise Refund Policy Clarification:

Prepaid Mobile and DTH Recharges : Any recharge done by agent on behalf of Customer on the Number provided by Customer if it is Successful will not be refunded.Any Failed Transaction captured by Agent on Response shall be refunded if requested by agent.

BBPS and Utility Bill Payment :

Any Bill Payment and Utility Payment if Success shall not be refunded by Agent. Customer are requested to check Bill Number and Amount and Biller Name before Transaction. Once Customer authorize the Bill Payment it will not be refunded If a bill Payment is successful. Any Pending Response from Service Provider shall be treated as successful unless failed by service provider.

For Failed Bill Payment -Agent will reverse full charges except gateway charges if any and not refunded to agent .

Fast Tag Recharges:

Any  Fast Tag recharge done by agent on behalf of Customer on the Vehicle   Number /Fast Tag QR or Chassis Number provided by Customer if it is Successful will not be refunded. Any Failed Transaction captured by Agent on Response shall be refunded if requested by agent.

 

 

However, if user has received a successful completion confirmation, but has not accepted the service. The user must file a complaint by sending an email to a customer service email ID or customer service contact not listed on this website. After receiving a user complaint, we will make an inquiry and start a refund based on the inquiry. In all cases, INDEZON’s liability is limited to providing users with a valid refund within the scope of the corresponding payment received by INDEZON for a specific transaction. INDEZON is not responsible for any other claims or liabilities arising from the failure of our system services.

 

You agree that this refund policy shall comply with all the terms and conditions stipulated in the user/business/retailer/distributor/channel partner agreement between you and Indezon Business Solutions pvt Ltd.
